Air jet loom

Air jet loom is another energy-saving and simple independent air-supply air-jet loom newly developed by our company. The air supply air pump is installed on the outside of the frame, which is convenient for installation, maintenance and debugging. It is simple to operate. The weft insertion method adopts electromagnetic Valve control, main and auxiliary nozzles are combined with special-shaped reeds; the beat-up adopts a four-link beat-up method, and the mechanical let-off, mechanical take-up, and shedding mechanisms can adopt crank or cam shedding. It can weave medium and low-grade fabrics, and the energy saving can reach 50% above. With low investment and quick results, it is an ideal model among the existing looms during the transition period from rapier loom to air-jet loom.
